The publication process of the papers accepted to the IV. International Social Sciences Congress is as follows: 

1. Publication of Congress Abstracts Book: The abstracts accepted to the IV. International Social Sciences Congress will be published in the Abstracts Book with ISBN on the date to be announced on our website after the congress ends.

2. Publication of Congress Proceedings Book: The full-text papers that accepted to the IV. International Social Sciences Congress and submitted until 09/07/2023 will be published in the Proceedings Book with ISBN on the date to be announced on our website after the congress ends. (Participants who wish can only participate by submitting a summary text. There is no obligation to submit a full text.)

3. Publication of Papers as Articles: Participants can submit their papers that meets the relevant publication criteria to the following journals to be published as an article by completing the editorial and refereeing processes: 

Gümüşhane University Journal of Social Sciences - GUSBID (TR Dizin)

Paradigma: Journal of Economic and Administrative Researches (EBSCO, Index Copernicus)

The Journal of International Scientific Researches - ISRJournal (Indexed in Index Copernicus, WorldCat, ESJI, SOBIAD etc.)

IV. International Social Sciences Congress meets all criteria for academic promotions including associate professorship. (Academic incentive is out of scope.)
