- Congress registration and paper submission fee is 500 ₺.

- An author can attend the congress with a maximum of two papers.

- Second paper submission fee is 400 TL.

- For the papers with more than one author, only the corresponding author has to pay the registration fee.

-Certificate of Participation is sent online after the congress upon completion of the presentation. Technical information on how to make presentations will be announced to the participants along with the congress programme.

-Congress registration fee includes participation in congress sessions and oral presentation, certificate of participation, publication of the presented paper in abstract papers with ISBN or full-text proceedings and no refund is made in case of cancellation of congress participation registration.

- For the congress registration fee payment, IBAN information will be sent to the e-mail addresses of the authors together with the paper acceptance letters. The receipt for the payment should be sent by e-mail to 2024usbk@gmail.com.
